Why should I have a Survey?When buying or leasing a modern office it is essential that you have a survey carried out on the building to advise you of its condition particularly on high level areas such as roofs and gutters.
Our Surveyors always have the latest equipment such as x16 optical zoom digital cameras, electronic damp meters and thermal imaging cameras when carrying out a survey. If necessary we will also inspect high level areas from a cherry picker if required.
We now also include 360 aerial photos in our reports to highlight any problems that we may find with the property, especially at high level areas such as roofs, gutters and chimneys.
