Our Office Surveyors are always more than happy to meet clients at the property or to discuss the conclusions of the report by phone and are happy to talk to the clients as many times as they need to discuss any issues.

 EASY TO READ SURVEY REPORTS 

We pride ourselves on our easy to read reports which are written in a clear and understandable, non-jargon way. Our survey reports include advice on solutions to problems together with approximate costings.  We give you the assurance that a surveyor is always willing to talk through any property issues or problems you may have either prior to or after your office survey.

We try to establish our client’s personal level of comprehension and tailor our comments so that they can be clearly understood.  If technical terms do need to be used within the office report we define them for our clients to understand, for example:-

Within our Office Survey reports we utilise a system of ovals and circles to highlight problem areas or characteristics within an office property to better explain the issues. If this does not explain the property issue completely then we can also use one of our survey sketches that have been commissioned exclusively for us for use in the reports.
